Clinical Supervision

**"Clinical Supervision" is a term used in counselling, helping disciplines and other professions engaged in working with people.  It is a process to gain support and discuss "the work" in a professional, structured way and assists in learning through experience, progression in expertise, as well as to ensure quality of service provided.   There is no escaping when you work with people in a helping profession, in a position of leadership, are a business owner, a manager, or in human resources,  you are hearing, seeing and experiencing the challenges of others.  Clinical Supervision is a formalized process to debrief, gain support, work through your own "stuff" and problem solve the best next steps when working with people.

Clinical Supervision is an opportunity for those in the helping professions (ie, coaches) to access on to one support, consultation and build a well established self reflective practice, in a confidential, non-judgemental space to:​​

• Have a place to debrief what you are hearing from clients (i.e, trauma, grief, stress, etc)
