It's Time to Dedicate to Your Practice
Clinical Supervision is an opportunity for those in the helping professions (ie, coaches) to access on to one support, consultation and build a well established self reflective practice, in a confidential, non-judgemental space to:
- Enhance professional competence
- Discuss best practices and tools to use in each client meeting your have
- Have a place to debrief what you are hearing from clients (i.e, trauma, grief, stress, etc)
- Develop professional identity and space to examine your own beliefs and attitudes and how they impact your support of others
- Learn new ways of working and being with clients
- Increase your understanding of your legal and ethical obligations in the work
- Confidentially consult regarding client challenges
- Confront ethical dilemmas
- Increase self-awareness and self-reflection
- Decrease burn out, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma
